  • A "confirmed" medication status only means a family member has tapped the confirm button — it does not constitute medical verification
  • Users are responsible for ensuring the correct medication is given at the correct dose
  • System notifications may be delayed or fail due to network issues

4. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Use of Carebind does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Carebind Ltd, its employees, or its partners. The app does not provide medical consultations.

5. Emergency Situations

Carebind is NOT designed for emergency situations. In case of a medical emergency:

  • Call 999 (UK), 911 (US), or your local emergency number immediately
  • Do not rely on Carebind notifications or family chat for urgent medical situations
  • Follow emergency protocols provided by healthcare professionals

6. Data Accuracy

Carebind relies on information entered by users. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information within the app. Users are responsible for:

  • Entering correct medication names, dosages, and schedules
  • Keeping care recipient information up to date
  • Verifying information before taking action based on it

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The app may be unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice)
  • Unplanned outages or technical issues
  • Internet connectivity problems on your device
  • Third-party service disruptions

Do not rely solely on Carebind for critical medication timing. Always have a backup plan (paper schedule, phone alarms) for essential medications.
